This is a beta release for testing on macOS and Windows.
- Multiple OBS sources can now share one connection and decoder for the same device.
- Selected devices reconnect without silently switching to another camera, while automatic selection remains stable until the current device disappears.
- Disconnecting or changing devices now shows black instead of stale video.
- Reconnecting resets retained stream state to prevent video delay from increasing over time.
- Windows adds optional experimental H.264 and HEVC hardware decoding with automatic software fallback.
- Source settings now have clearer, fully localizable labels and guidance.
